I received two(2) shipments from "Viapren Company" which I did not order. I called their TN @8772894071, and after a long wait a young (snot) answered and told me that the company discards any returned product without reimbursement. My Visa card has been debited twice for product which I did not order (@$48.73 ea.) I am now contacting BBB and Visa, but a word to the wise (from the foolish) DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD!! And do not expect any help from Customer Service. Once the company has your credit card, they will continue to make monthly charges, and your only out may be a new card and lot of angst.
