We were given the run-around about cancellation.

We responded to a newspaper ad about a free sample of "Viapren". When we found out about all the complaints of poor service and unhelpful responces others have received, we decided to cancel. We did not intend to sign up for monthly shipments, and were concerned when we read of other consumers who were having trouble with unwanted orders, even after cancellation. When we called the Phone#, they were very rude and unhelpful and would not work with us at all. We ultimately called our credit card company to cancel the account number. Don't get mixed up with these people, it is a scam.
