ordered viaprin for free 10 day trial, at the end of 7 days my new order was sent to me, I called to cancel at day 10 and was told new shipment was already sent. They count weekends even though they are not open to cancel order . They said they never received my return product. my credit card was charged and I am disputing the charge. They told me the post office is not reliable so maybe my return was lost. Althought ey had no problem getting me my sample and new shipmentIn general not a good company to deal with. Buyer beware.
